3D Suite Models

Did you realize just how many ways you can use your Space Database 3D models?
Check this video out:

We've been building many small 3D models of available space over the last few months. We've embedded these files into the marketing PDFs: you can use your mouse to move the model around! We've also provided links and QR codes to an interactive Floorplanner page where anyone can try out various furniture layouts.

But that's only the beginning. We can also host your models on the web, or you can put your models on the iPad with a free app from Dassault Systèmes.

We can also embed models in other PDF documents. With a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can copy and paste into other marketing PDFs.

Imagine your marketing flyers with 3D models that actually rotate and move! How cool would that be?

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Last month we conducted our customer satisfaction survey. This is a very important exercise as it helps us gauge our performance from the point of view of customers. Conducting the survey is a requirement of our ISO 9001 registration, and it is essential in our efforts to continually improve our software and services.

We got a great 11.5% response rate on our invitation to take the survey and most of the feedback was very positive. Here's a summary report of the results:

It's interesting to compare the results to previous years. In our 2010 survey we realized that we had a problem with slow turn-around for some of our work. We put in place a plan to address this problem. From our internal metrics, we know that we've made a significant improvement. It's nice to see that our clients have noticed! Address Change

Our move is complete. We've given up our old office at the Toronto Carpet Factroy and we've moved in to our nifty new space at Richmond St. Our address is now:
