Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Last month we conducted our customer satisfaction survey. This is a very important exercise as it helps us gauge our performance from the point of view of customers. Conducting the survey is a requirement of our ISO 9001 registration, and it is essential in our efforts to continually improve our software and services.

We got a great 11.5% response rate on our invitation to take the survey and most of the feedback was very positive. Here's a summary report of the results:

It's interesting to compare the results to previous years. In our 2010 survey we realized that we had a problem with slow turn-around for some of our work. We put in place a plan to address this problem. From our internal metrics, we know that we've made a significant improvement. It's nice to see that our clients have noticed! We greatly appreciate our clients efforts in putting in the time to give us their feedback. As thanks, we always conduct a prize draw. Everyone who participated got a chance at winning an iPad. This year's winner was Rachel Dyer of Dundee Realty Management in Calgary.
