Customer Satisfaction Survey 2010 Results


In December 2010 we again conducted our customer satisfaction survey.   We got a  good response rate to our invitation to complete an online survey and we hired a consultant to conduct a number of in-depth interviews.

Overall the results were very good and we were flattered with the many kind comments that we received.   In seeking to improve our business and service delivery, we are very interested in our clients opinions as well as suggestions for improvement.  This survey is an important tool in helping us evolve and develop Space Database.

We have reviewed all of the written comments and shared them with our staff.  We take this input very seriously and are very grateful for the time that our customers have spent giving us their feedback.
